Terms and Conditions for Audi TT Heated Seat Button Repair Service
1. Service Description
This service provides a repair for the internal clip of the heated seat button on Audi TT Mk3 models (2016 onwards). The repair is suitable for both the right and left-side heated seat buttons but does not apply to heated headrest buttons.
2. Customer Requirements
The customer is required to send their original heated seat button to us for repair. This must include all components. (Button, Fascia, and Lens)
The cost of shipping the part to us is the customer’s responsibility.
We will replace the internal clip and return the repaired button to the customer.
3. Limitations of Service
This service only involves replacing the internal clip of the heated seat button.
No electrical repairs will be carried out. If the switch has any electrical faults, we do not take responsibility for its functionality.
This is not a genuine Audi part but has been designed, manufactured, and tested by our engineers as an alternative solution.
4. Shipping & Returns
The customer must ensure the part is safely packaged when sending it to us. We will not be liable for any damage or loss that occurs during transit.
Once repaired, we will return the button via a tracked shipping service.
If the customer is unsatisfied with the repair, they must notify us within 14 days of receiving the repaired part. Any issues must be reported immediately with photographic evidence.
5. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or failures related to the button beyond the internal clip replacement.
We are not liable for any costs incurred due to delays, shipping issues, or any resulting vehicle issues.
The repair service is provided as is, and we do not offer any warranty beyond confirming that the clip has been replaced before dispatch.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Once the repair has been completed and returned, no refunds will be issued.
If the customer decides to cancel the service before sending the part, they must notify us immediately for a full refund.
